Job Title: Event Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Event Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive event strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

You'll plan, organize, and manage logistics for trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events, ensuring a high-quality brand presence. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in overseeing booth design, event branding, and on-site execution.

Collaboration is key in this role. You'll work closely with sales and product teams to align event objectives with business goals, track budgets, negotiate contracts, and deliver cost-effective event outcomes.

A strong project management skillset, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills, will serve you well in this position. Additionally, experience with event marketing software/tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in event marketing or event management, preferably in B2B or SaaS industry
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work across time zones and travel within the U.S. as needed
  • Experience with event marketing software/tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus
