Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Marketing Leader to spearhead our brand development, drive organic growth through content and storytelling, and lead a high-performing marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in scaling engagement through organic strategies, with 8–10+ years of experience in marketing leadership. They will be responsible for defining and strengthening our brand identity across all channels, driving go-to-market and lifecycle strategies, and mentoring a creative marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to enhance our reputation and visibility
  • Drive organic growth through content creation, community building, and storytelling initiatives
  • Lead the development of go-to-market and lifecycle strategies to acquire and retain customers
  • Mentor and manage a high-energy marketing team to achieve business objectives
  • Utilize data and consumer insights to optimize brand campaigns and growth levers
Requirements:
  • 8–10+ years of experience in marketing leadership with a strong focus on brand and content development
  • Proven track record in scaling engagement through organic strategies
  • Strong people management skills to inspire and lead high-performing teams
