About the Role

This position is part of our brand building efforts across various product areas.

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to support our marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, creative thinking, and data analysis abilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Market Insight: Understanding target audience, triggers, barriers, competitive landscape, etc.
  2. New Product Development: Supporting communication development across touchpoints like product pages, D2C store, CRM, marketplaces, etc.
  3. Communication Planning: Assisting in managing consumer touchpoints - social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaign, etc.
  4. Data Analysis: Driving measurement and learnings for marketing initiatives.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with marketing team, cross-functional teams, and external partners/agencies/vendors.
  6. Offline Market Intelligence: Tracking offline business health metrics like distribution, ECO/Unique ECO, primary & secondary revenue, visibility, and planogramming.

Additional responsibilities may include supporting portfolio management, sales support, customer service, etc. to drive product success.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in handling offline channel business.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possession of passion about building consumer brands.
