Employment-Based Immigration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment-Based Immigration Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our immigration law firm, you will be responsible for managing high-volume cases, collaborating with inter-firm teams, and providing exceptional service to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent case management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

In this role, you will draft, review, and edit NIV/IV applications, NIWs, O-1s, E-2s, EB-1s, and PERM-based I-140s and I-485s. You will also independently manage a large caseload, communicate with clients throughout the visa process, and report to legal teams and managers regarding case progression and status.

To succeed in this position, you will need at least three years of immigration experience with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is a plus.

  • Casework Management: Manage high-volume cases including NIV/IV applications, NIWs, O-1s, E-2s, EB-1s, and PERM-based I-140s and I-485s.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients throughout the visa process.
  • Case Oversight: Independently manage a large caseload while collaborating with inter-firm teams.
  • Government Liaison: Liaise with governmental organizations, including USCIS, CBP, the US Department of State, and the US Department of Labor.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and coordinate the production of documents and responses to RFEs.
