**Business Development Role**
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base by acquiring new customers and managing proposals through to successful completion. You will also play a key part in addressing service and sales queries to retain and grow our customer base.
To excel in this position, you should have a graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline. Additionally, 2–5 years of experience in corporate or retail financial sales is essential. A proven ability to manage large-ticket clients with turnovers exceeding Rs 100 Cr is also crucial.
You will need strong knowledge of banking products such as overdrafts, credit cards, letters of credit, bank guarantees, and term loans. This will enable you to effectively cross-sell retail products to corporate clients and identify new business segments and trade verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and manage proposals through to disbursement.
- Address service and sales queries to retain and grow customer base.
- Cross-sell retail products to corporate clients.
- Identify and develop new business segments and trade verticals.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate or retail financial sales.
- Proven ability to manage large-ticket clients (Rs 100+ Cr turnover).
- Strong knowledge of banking products like OD, CC, LC, BG, and term loans.
