- Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Stay updated on product information, including frames, glasses, lenses, and accessories, to provide expert advice to customers.
- Participate in promotional activities and engage with customers to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
- Support store operations and contribute to the growth and development of the business.
Requirements:
- Degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year experience in optical sales or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
