Product Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Coordinator to drive business success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with sales teams to resolve daily challenges related to products and processes.
  • Coordinating with functions including IT, Sales, Credit, and Operations to provide timely support and resolve queries.
  • Identifying product gaps, conducting research, testing viability, and communicating new product launches.
  • Developing training programs on systems and processes, monitoring progress, and publishing results.
  • Driving employee engagement through contests and incentives to boost motivation and productivity.
  • Selling supplementary products such as insurance to enhance portfolio security and increase fee income.
  • Identifying training needs and ensuring all employees across regions are trained on products and processes.
  • Contributing to building the technology roadmap for microfinance business.
