About This Role\

This role is a key part of our organisation's drive to focus on customer needs and deliver exceptional results. The Total Reward CoE plays a pivotal role in shaping and leading our total reward priorities, ensuring that they support both our colleagues and strategic business aspirations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in total reward, with a deep understanding of the people drivers of organisational performance and financial levers. They will be able to analyse data, identify root causes of issues, develop effective solutions and make data-driven decisions to optimise the Reward CoE's effectiveness.

\Your Responsibilities\

  • Leading Total Reward Advice: Provide expert guidance and insight across the business unit(s), developing customer-centric, data-led total reward solutions that deliver differentiated outcomes for specific business units and geographies.\
  • Total Reward Expertise: Work closely with HR teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions that enhance the effectiveness of total reward, driving improved business performance.\
  • Driving Change: Implement and embed total reward programmes across the business, enhancing total reward value as part of the EVP.\
  • Innovative Solutions: Identify innovative ways to simplify total reward delivery and drive performance within and across business units through total reward insights.\
  • External Perspectives: Bring external perspectives and best practices to increase the impact of total reward on organisational performance.\\

      • Change And Project Delivery: Highly proficient in change management techniques to facilitate smooth transition of total reward change.\
      • Storytelling With Data/Business Insights: Strong skills in building the case for total reward change, drawing on data and analytical insights.\
      • Communication: Ability to communicate confidently and with influence across all total reward matters.\
      • Innovation And Excellence: Constantly build knowledge base through internal and external learning exposure, bringing thought leadership to influence business total reward solutions.\\
