Job Overview

Tata Electronics is a greenfield venture with expertise in manufacturing precision components. The company is building India's first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry.

This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Compensation Strategy Development: Create and execute competitive compensation plans that attract top talent while aligning with business objectives.
  2. Payroll Administration: Manage Payroll administration and oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs.
  3. Salary Benchmarking: Conduct regular market research and analysis to ensure salary and compensation packages remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  4. Incentive Programs: Collaborate with leaders to design and manage incentive programs ensuring they motivate employees and align with unique goals.
  5. Compliance and Governance: Ensure all compensation and rewards programs are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  6. Communication and Education: Create communication strategies and provide tailored education on rewards strategies to employees, HR teams, and senior management.
  7. Budget Management: Work with leaders to manage rewards budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining employee satisfaction.
  8. Data Analysis: Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of incentives/rewards programs/Health Insurance etc, identifying trends and making data-driven decisions.
  9. Team Management: Lead and manage a team responsible for rewards and compensation administration ensuring they are well-versed in unit-specific requirements.
  10. Employee Recognition: Customize employee recognition programs to acknowledge and appreciate contributions and achievements of employees.
  11. Blue-Collar Compensation: Oversee the implementation of blue-collar compensation in the Business Unit.
