Senior Manager – Total Rewards is responsible for designing, implementing, and administering compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and talent philosophy.
This role ensures that total rewards offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, preferably within a technology company.
- Strong analytical and modelling skills; proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms.
- Experience with Mercer and Radford salary surveys is essential.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of compensation and benefits compliance requirements.
The Senior Manager – Total Rewards will own the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs that drive engagement and performance.
OthersCollaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment and effective communication of total rewards programs.
