Job Title: Compensation Leader

  • This role plays a pivotal part in aligning reward systems with business objectives, driving employee retention and engagement through effective compensation practices, and providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Rewards / HR Analytics, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  • Key responsibilities include designing and implementing total rewards strategies, leading workforce cost planning, conducting manpower analysis, developing compensation structures, and deriving data-driven insights.
  • The successful candidate will possess a postgraduate degree in HR / MBA from a recognized institution, strong analytical and numerical skills, and experience in handling large datasets.
  • We seek a dynamic and data-driven professional who can spearhead the Total Rewards and Compensation strategy for our organization.
  • The role involves collaborating with talent acquisition teams, partnering with external consultants, and overseeing performance-linked bonus and salary revision cycles.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manpower planning, workforce costing, total rewards, and incentive design.
  • A strong analytical mindset, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, HR dashboards, and compensation tools, as well as experience in handling large datasets, extracting insights, and presenting to senior leaders.
  • Key qualifications include a strong track record of developing and implementing effective compensation strategies, leveraging data analytics to drive business outcomes, and fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring alignment between reward systems and business goals, driving employee engagement and retention, and providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
