Executive Compensation Strategist

This is a high-level position responsible for designing, implementing and administering compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's HR and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compensation Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and administer compensation policies and processes to ensure fairness, equity and competitiveness.
    • Benchmark compensation and benefits to assess company performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Provide guidance on bonus plans, equity programs and other total rewards initiatives.
  • Benefits Management
    • Design and manage employee benefits programs including health, wellness, retirement and leave policies to support employees' well-being and productivity.
    • Analyze cost containment strategies and optimize benefits to achieve maximum value for both the company and its employees.
  • Compliance & Governance
    • Ensure adherence to federal, state and local laws governing compensation and benefits.
    • Maintain documentation and audit readiness for all total rewards programs to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance and Legal to ensure alignment and effective communication of total rewards programs.
    • Provide guidance and training to HR teams and business leaders on compensation and benefits practices to enhance their knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, preferably within a technology company.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms.
  • Experience with Mercer and Radford salary surveys is essential.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of compensation and benefits compliance requirements.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance operational execution with creative problem-solving to drive business results.
