Total Rewards Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards professional to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation programs that ensure fairness, transparency, and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and administer benefits programs that meet employee needs.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive pay practices.
  • Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters.
  • Drive innovation in benefits and wellness programs to enhance employee value proposition.
  • Lead training and communication programs to ensure employees understand Total Rewards philosophies and offerings.
  • Cultivate high-performing teams by coaching and developing team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or related HR roles within a matrixed organization or MNC is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex compensation structures, benefits programs, and working knowledge of statutory compliance in India.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align Total Rewards strategies with organizational goals.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
