
Tech Recruiter and HR Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our end-to-end tech recruitment process while ensuring the smooth operation of core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tech Hiring & Recruitment:
- Talent Sourcing: Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and create job descriptions.
- Candidate Management: Source, screen, and schedule interviews for tech roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Recruitment Strategy: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top tech talent.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- HR Operations:
- Onboarding & Induction: Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires, including pre-joining formalities, documentation, background checks, and the induction program.
- Leave & Attendance Management: Manage the leave and attendance system, process leave requests, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to compensation, leaves, salary deductions, and other HR-related matters.
- Data Management: Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) with a high degree of accuracy.
- Compliance: Assist in ensuring all HR processes and records comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- A strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
- The position will be on third-party payroll.
- Remuneration - 4 lacs annually.
- Work Model - 5 days a week (4 days from office and 1 day from home).
- Location - Gurgaon.
