Executive Assistant to the Chairman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Chairman in daily tasks, coordinate meetings, manage correspondence, conduct research on health policies and patient needs, prepare presentations, and liaise with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering patient feedback, analyzing data, and creating reports to inform decision-making processes.

  • Provide administrative support to the Chairman, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to the team's workflow.
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to track key performance indicators, patient feedback, and other relevant data.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or other productivity software, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
