A Marketing Analyst is required to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a passion for ROI-driven marketing, and a proven track record of managing campaigns with measurable results.
The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.). This includes preparing media plans, executing efficiently with a proven track record of 10X+ ROAS in EdTech, and monitoring campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
- Prepare media plans and execute efficiently with a proven track record of 10X+ ROAS in EdTech.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels to maximize quality of lead generation.
- Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for better conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall goals.
- Track KPIs such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc., and report campaign performance regularly.
- Stay up-to-date with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.), programmatic ads, media buying.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel.
- Strong copywriting and creative judgment skills.
- Good communication and project management abilities.
