Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to oversee our social media marketing efforts and drive engagement across short-form video platforms in India.

  • This role involves developing go-to-market strategies, managing influencer campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution of deliverables.
  • You'll work closely with external partners to align plans, manage community growth, and inform internal teams on key trends and brand crisis situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of social marketing mandate and campaign management.
  • Developing strategic plans for short-form video activations across owned and operated social media and allied partners.
  • Community growth and engagement with a focus on identifying opportunities and driving conversations between brand and users.

  • Has a strong understanding of the Indian short-form video ecosystem, influencers, and cutting-edge social and marketing work.
  • Excels in project management and execution across channels and markets.
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Is comfortable with data-driven decision making and has strong strategic thinking abilities.
  • Has demonstrated independence, ownership, and ability to form own point of view and recommendations in prior roles.
