Placement Manager Opportunity

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality placement solutions to students in the IT domain and overseeing their life cycle to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify key employers for urban placement opportunities for students.
  • Coordinate with branches regarding placement procedures and placed students.
  • Maintain documents related to pre-placement and post-placements.
  • Maintain student databases.
  • Brief students about job opening details.
  • Conduct market studies.
  • Regularly coordinate with respective managers and trainers.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in student placement from skilling/training/educational institutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience and perseverance.
  • Good knowledge and relations with corporates.
  • Inclination towards society and working for marginalized communities.
