Strategic Sourcing Specialist

At the forefront of strategic sourcing, we are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to spearhead our efforts in identifying and securing optimal solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Contract negotiation, contract authoring, supplier management, workflow optimization, RFX processes, and business process standardization
- Analysis of technology agreements and client data to identify value-enhancing opportunities
- Negotiation of commercial terms on behalf of clients for software, hardware, and service agreements
- Review, negotiation, and initiation of contracts with Service Providers on behalf of clients
- Contract research and address client queries around IT agreements
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in IT procurement
- Proven expertise in industry procedures, costs, and terms
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in managing complex budgets and developing effective financial strategies
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work effectively under pressure
