Procurement Manager

We are seeking a seasoned procurement manager to lead our real estate and facility management procurement activities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering cost savings, enhancing service quality, and driving process excellence in complex procurement environments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for real estate and facilities services.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive commercial value.
  • Establish and maintain performance metrics, conduct regular business reviews, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand facility requirements and optimize spend.
  • Support contract lifecycle management, including RFP/RFQ creation and negotiation of Master Service Agreements.
  • Drive automation of sourcing, contract management, and vendor onboarding processes using digital tools such as SAP Ariba and Coupa.
  • Utilize spend analytics and category dashboards to inform data-driven sourcing decisions and cost optimization.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field is required. An MBA or supply chain certification is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, with 3-5 years in real estate and facility management categories. Hands-on experience in large-scale lease agreements, infrastructure projects, and facility services procurement is essential.

The candidate should possess strong analytical and financial acumen, as well as expertise in facilities & real estate category management, procurement automation, and vendor performance management.
