Strategic Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic sourcing, procurement and logistics of key raw materials and auxiliaries required for production.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for raw materials and utilities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify, evaluate and manage suppliers to secure optimal quality, cost and delivery performance.
- Negotiate and establish long-term supplier agreements to maintain supply chain stability.
- Monitor market trends, price fluctuations and industry developments to anticipate risks and opportunities.
- Oversee procurement processes, including order management, delivery tracking and inventory control.
- 3+ years of experience in direct procurement/sourcing with at least 1 year in Agri commodities, preferably in the FMCG or brewing industry.
- Master's degree in supply chain management with bachelor's in engineering or agriculture.
- Experience in handling Agri commodity and knowledge of imports would be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of managing supplier relationships, negotiations and contracts.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team. They will also be self-motivated, results-driven and have a strong attention to detail.
