Job Title Sourcing Specialist Department Sourcing India Reports To Recruitment head Location Bangalore Employment Type Full-Timeemagine is a leading European consultancy delivering high-end IT and Business services We offer a wide range of services including business and management consulting vendor management services and managed services Services are delivered to Clients all over Europe and the emagine Nearshore service offerings from 2 locations in Poland is one of the largest in the market Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing specialist to join our talent acquisition team In this role you will assist in sourcing screening and onboarding top talent to support our company s growthKey Responsibilities Sourcing Specialist Responsibilities Talent Sourcing Utilize job boards social media and other platforms to identify and attract potential candidates Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs Screening Assessment Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate suitability Coordination Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process Onboarding Support Assist in the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires Recruitment Operations Maintain accurate records in the sourcing tool Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activity to the team Must have Should have worked in IT Contract staffing - Domestic Strong communication - articulation experience 3 days Hybrid - from Emagine office Nonconventional Recruitment Methods - LinkedIn recruiter Hirist referrals Social Meetups hiring drive Quality recruitment without supervision - Good Conversion Strong Recruiting Sourcing skill - Conventional Non-conventional Can make Relationship building Solution making mindset - Ability to navigate to chaos Sales oriented - ability to pitch and extrapolate Proactiveness Ability to triage What We Offer Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and innovative work environment with Poland team Work-life balance We offer you a full-time position as a Sourcing Specialist in a work environment where the tone is informal and the collaboration is characterized by flexibility trust and a service-minded attitude You will get the opportunity to work independently but also in collaboration with friendly and committed colleagues We are an ambitious organization with a flat organizational structure
