Job Summary

Vodafone Idea Limited is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager - Retention & Revenue Enhancement to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering business KPIs through effective resource deployment and strategic planning.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deploy human resources efficiently to meet campaign goals
  • Implement dialer strategies for optimal business outcomes
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences at OBCC centers
  • Provide valuable insights and corrective actions to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including partners, corporate teams, and cluster teams
  • Monitor capacity planning and execution, including spends
  • Deliver business KPIs, including retention targets, revenue enhancement, and plan upgrades

Requirements
  • Good understanding of post-paid and prepaid processes
  • Knowledge of OBCC operations and partner management
  • Strong interpersonal skills, people management, and execution skills
  • Good analytical abilities
  • Sales experience is an added advantage
