As a Sales and Business Growth Manager at Axis Bank, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on selling loan products to customers based on their needs, ensuring that you map market and customer needs effectively and handle queries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve top-line business targets through channel teams, building and nurturing relationships with bank branches, and cross-selling other products.
  • Conduct sales promotion activities through direct selling agents and sales executives in the open market, improving relationships through expos and events, and various activities.
  • Launch new products in the market, ensuring key customer satisfaction through customer service of the highest quality.
  • Handle all end-to-end activities related to the product, from loan application to disbursement.
  • Liaise with various departments within the system to ensure smooth process flows.
  • Acquire channel partners for sourcing products, such as connectors and direct selling agents.
  • Improve relationships with branches and monitor the performance of area relationship managers, deepening relationships with existing clients.
  • Prevent or minimize fraudulent or risky proposals from entering the system.
  • Provide timely feedback to the central team for improvements in product features and processes.
  • Conduct training for sales executives and direct selling agents on selling and product knowledge.
  • Create a performance-oriented environment through effective team management, leading to high employee motivation and productivity.
