Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Samriddhi Mantra Placement Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and leading a distribution enterprise.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and manage a team of leaders and agents
  • Develop successful leaders who will source direct business
  • Enhance recruitment quality and quantity
  • Ensure agents and agency associates comply with IRDA guidelines
  • Monitor competition and track new strategies


Requirements:

  • Minimum graduation in any discipline, MBA preferred
  • Overall experience of 4-6 years
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Man management experience preferred
