Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Transaction Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in finance and excellent analytical skills.

  • Prepare and issue timely and accurate invoices to customers.
  • Meet invoice delivery deadlines.
  • Enter invoices into customer invoicing systems.
  • Submit invoices electronically through data interchange platforms.
  • Understand customer-specific invoicing requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Verify each field on the invoices before submission.
  • Maintain support documents and backups attached to invoices.
  • Update invoice submission status in accounting software immediately.
  • Maintain invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files as references.
  • Collaborate with the payroll and invoicing team to streamline the invoice submission process.
  • Send out statements of accounts to customers.
  • Reconcile self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets, ensuring accurate accounts receivable.
  • Handle invoice rejections and credit/rebill situations.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for invoicing processes and update them regularly.
  • Support platform improvements for invoicing efficiency.
  • Assist credit control in invoicing and collection of payments.
Requirements
  • Fresh graduates or up to 1.5 years of relevant experience in financial transactions.
  • Commerce or finance degree (B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MBA).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, V-lookup, Pivot Table).
  • Good analytical and logical skills.
  • Accounts knowledge and proficiency.
