Job Description

A leading industrial thermal engineering firm is seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to join their team in Faridabad.

The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting, process control, and managing electrical and instrumentation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical schematics, power/control panels, and instrumentation layouts
  • Selection and specification of sensors, actuators, control valves, temperature/pressure transmitters, and flow meters
  • Develop PLC/SCADA logic for control systems (Siemens, Delta, Allen-Bradley)
  • Oversee wiring, panel testing, loop checking, and site commissioning
  • Coordinate with mechanical, design, and purchase teams for integrated system delivery
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or instrumentation issues at the shop or site
  • Maintain documentation: BOMs, wiring diagrams, FAT/SAT protocols, O&M manuals
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and electrical codes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in industrial projects (furnaces, boilers, process plants)
  • Hands-on experience in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, VFDs, MCCs, LT Panels, relay logics
  • Sensors and instrumentation for temperature, pressure, flow, etc.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, EPlan, and Excel
  • Understanding of industrial safety practices and CE/IEC/IS compliance
