Background Verification Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our operations team as a Background Verification Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing onboarding documentation for candidates, coordinating with background check agencies, and setting up new client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding documentation for candidates.
  • Coordinate with background check agencies (e.g., HireRight, FADV, LabCorp, etc.).
  • Work on VMS / Beeline tools.
  • Set up new client accounts & complete onboarding activities.
  • Follow up with candidates & agencies to expedite background verification.
  • Attend client calls for audits & background check requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Any Graduate
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations or related field
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Attention to detail & strong follow-up skills
