Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Area Risk Control Manager to join our team. As an Area Risk Control Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Sampling and Screening: Conduct regular sampling and screening of files to detect any suspicious activity.
  • Field Investigation: Investigate customer complaints and verify information provided by customers.
  • Cross-Check Activity: Conduct cross-checks on PDAV, PDD, and FI to ensure accuracy.
  • LAP and HL Loan Handling: Handle SME LAP and HL loans, including trigger-based document verification.
  • MIS Preparation: Prepare MIS reports to provide insights into operational performance.
  • Audit and Vendor Review: Conduct branch audits and vendor reviews, including DSA, RCU Vendor, and Technical Vendor.
  • Fraud Investigation Report: Prepare fraud investigation reports to support risk mitigation efforts.
  • Settlement Case Investigation: Investigate settlement cases to identify root causes.
  • Hunter Triggers Check: Check, verify, and investigate hunter triggers to prevent fraudulent activity.
Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
