**Job Title: Internal Control Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled internal control professional to join our team.

As an internal control specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our internal controls. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct independent reviews of our internal controls, ensure timely reporting, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of all areas of risk and implementing effective risk management strategies across functional areas
  • Undertaking special projects to identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation to strengthen internal controls while reducing inefficiencies, inaccuracies, and overall workload
  • Facilitating the completion of mandatory statutory/corporate/Asia reporting requirements, including quarterly attestation and semi-annual balance sheet reviews
  • Supporting location management teams for operational & financial audits by assisting in preparation, liaising with auditors, response development, and closure of deficiencies

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Chartered Accountant with more than 8 years of experience in internal audit/accounting audit/internal control roles, with at least 4 years in a Big 4 environment
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment with cross-functional departments
  • Ability to perform process audits and month-end close reviews independently
  • Outstanding knowledge of US GAAP and Indian Accounting Standards
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate verbally and in writing with team members and executive stakeholders
