Job Description
We are seeking a self-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team at ROI Magnet. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, specifically in sales development and client acquisition. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and driving new business opportunities, managing the sales process, and nurturing client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth for ROI Magnet, focusing on market expansion and client acquisition.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with both new and existing clients; nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients, visiting clients across PAN India as required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, using insights to guide business strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth project handovers to the operations team by clearly defining client expectations and deliverables.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities using diverse techniques, including lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
  • A strong educational background, preferably Graduation or Post Graduation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi (Mandatory).
  • Strong analytical, research, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm about growth and development.
  • Ability to manage all parts of the sales funnel.
  • Strong sales acumen and proven experience in pitching and closing high-ticket deals.
