Job Overview

TIGI HR is seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Sales Director to drive B2B sales pipeline growth in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning and driving the B2B sales pipeline for selling our learning interventions to CEOs, Head HRs, and Heads of Organization Development of corporations.

He/She will engage with clients, understand their business models, and design appropriate solutions to meet their needs.

The role requires proactive contact with prospects for future business opportunities and pipeline development.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong influencing ability and smart negotiation skills to generate revenue for TIGI HR.

Additionally, he/she will prepare and present impressive client pitches for a premium performance consulting brand.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the Senior Enterprise Sales Director should have 2+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales Only.

Location flexibility is essential, with the primary location being Bangalore.

A background in working with Enterprise clients only is mandatory.

Flexibility to take on an IC (Individual Contributor) role is preferred.
