Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Support Executive - Operations and Sales to join our team at ADVENXA. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in documentation, KYC, sales, or marketing within the banking sector.

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with KYC regulations, updating customer information as per government guidelines, and conducting regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of KYC records.

You will also be expected to stay abreast of updates to government rules and SEBI regulations related to banking operations, implement necessary changes to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in documentation or KYC or sales and marketing within the banking sector, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and knowledge of KYC regulations, government rules, and SEBI compliance.

A competitive salary of ₹24,375.00 per month, based on industry standards for the location Kannur, Kazargode, along with performance-based incentives, professional development opportunities, and a positive and dynamic work environment.
