Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced High Net Worth Client Development Manager to join our team at Leading Bank.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves developing and expanding relationships with high net worth clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with these clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in client development and management, with a strong understanding of the banking industry and its products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain high net worth clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Understand clients' financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs
  • Cross-sell and upsell bank products to clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in client development and management
  • Strong knowledge of the banking industry and its products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of success in client development and management
