We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
About the Role
In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for resolving customer disputes and providing superior customer care through calls, emails, and other channels. You will work closely with our teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Take ownership of customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Work collaboratively with our teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve issues efficiently.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10+2 in any stream or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of voice experience in an international contact center.
- Preferred Qualifications: Graduates preferred.
