Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our Gurugram location. In this role, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service to our card members through voice calls, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.


About the Role

As a Customer Care Professional at American Express, you will act as the face of our company, creating positive interactions with customers to help them achieve their business goals. You will work closely with our team to identify and address customer needs, provide solutions, and continuously improve our services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to card members via voice calls, addressing their queries, concerns, and needs.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues, implement process improvements, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of strategies to enhance customer experience.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-7 years of experience in International Voice Process or Contact Center Domain.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering world-class service and driving customer loyalty.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks, and prioritizing customer needs.
