Job Title: Manager - Accounts Payable

  • Lead a team of 20+ FTEs in handling 90-95% of all AP functions for real estate clients.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline AP processes and procedures.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and communication.
  • Proactively identify and address issues or client needs in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall process performance of AP Team.
  • Transition of process and setup for First Time Right.
  • Subject Matter Specialist for AP processes.
  • Monthly governance meeting with clients and process leaders.
  • Service Level Agreement results (daily/weekly/monthly).
  • Process improvements and transformation as committed.
  • Supporting Clients on monthly reporting functions for Account Payable activities.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant years of overall experience in Account Payable processes.
  • Bachelor's degree with a major in Finance and Accounting.
  • Experience with Accounts Payable or Finance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Managed AP processes for real estate clients in prior role.
  • Team handling of minimum 20-25 employees.
  • Establish & Manage client relationship through regular engagement.
  • High customer service oriented.
