Senior Process Improvement Leader

We are seeking a seasoned process improvement expert to drive business growth and transformation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Process Improvement Leadership

* Provide leadership in the application of Lean & Six Sigma tools and Process Excellence methodology
* Work closely with operation and functional teams to identify process opportunities, conduct root cause analysis, and implement process improvements across the business or organization
* Initiate and lead projects that improve end-to-end processes and set, validate, and audit measurement systems to deliver business impact

Culture Transformation

* Build a culture of continuous improvement within the team by leading by example and facilitating delivery of business impact/results
* Drive productivity and process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives
* Support transition teams in volume analysis, metric baselining, and target setting for new processes

Coaching and Mentoring

* Coach and mentor green belts and project teams to fulfill certification requirements, quality, and process improvement objectives
* Conceptualize and complete Black Belt projects aimed at driving end-to-end business impact to processes
* Fulfill the requirements and achieve BB Certification within 18-24 months

Project Management

* Drive project management to deliver digital deployments and ensure alignment of quality initiatives with company strategic initiatives

Qualifications

* Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Processes Re-engineering)
* Green Belt certification and analytics skills
* Black Belt/Lean/any other quality certification would be a plus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle clients on a one-on-one basis, via emails and calls
* Incredibly good problem-solving abilities and innovative approach upon
