Digital Account Manager Lead

Job Summary
As a Senior Digital Account Manager at MAD About Digital, you will be responsible for managing, strategizing, and executing client accounts. You will own the client relationship and be responsible for long-term planning, strategic consulting, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with and act as the link between the client and the agency, maintaining a regular communication channel
* Meet with clients to understand their requirements and communicate the same to the team
* Work with the team to conceptualize a digital/communication campaign that meets the client's brief
* Manage client social media pages, posting content, responding to queries, supervising advertising efforts, and reporting metrics
* Present campaign ideas and budgets to the client
* Provide inputs while creating digital campaigns and strategies
* Ensure effective communication flows within the agency team working on the account
* Refine the details of campaigns and ensure client challenges are being addressed
* Present creative work to clients for approval/modification
* Manage budgets and campaign costs
* Create reports for clients (campaigns and more)
* Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and take necessary steps to optimize them
* Arrange and attend meetings to maintain a healthy relationship between the client and the agency
* Create pitches along with the creative team
* Accountable for account success, delivery quality, and client satisfaction
* Collaborate with the team working on a particular account
Requirements
* 2+ years of professional experience in managing and growing client accounts
* At least 1 year of experience in working within a digital, product, or creative agency
* Excellent client servicing skills, including oral and written communication
* Strong interpersonal and client management skills
* Ability to understand and translate complex business challenges and consumer insights into smart digital solutions
* Ability to collaborate effectively with all agency teams
* Sound business acumen and negotiation skills
