Job Title: Senior Digital Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Account Manager to join our team at MAD About Digital. As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing, strategizing, and executing client accounts to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Work with the team to conceptualize digital campaigns that meet client briefs.
  • Manage client social media pages, including posting content, responding to queries, and supervising advertising efforts.
  • Present campaign ideas and budgets to clients.
  • Provide inputs while creating digital campaigns and strategies.
  • Ensure effective communication flows within the agency team working on the account.
  • Refine campaign details and address client challenges.
  • Present creative work to clients for approval or modification.
  • Manage budgets and campaign costs.
  • Create reports for clients, including campaign metrics.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize as needed.
  • Arrange and attend meetings to maintain a healthy client-agency relationship.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create pitches.
  • Accountable for account success, delivery quality, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in managing and growing client accounts.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a digital, product, or creative agency.
  • Excellent client servicing skills, including oral and written communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
  • Ability to understand and translate complex business challenges into smart digital solutions.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with agency teams.
  • Sound business acumen and negotiation skills.
