We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our Talent Management initiatives, focusing on performance management systems, development plans, critical talent management, career and succession planning, and competency management.

This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to objectively analyze current practices, identify improvement opportunities, build consensus, and drive implementation.

You will work closely with HR consultants to gather market information around talent practices and provide ongoing support to ensure that performance management systems are being used effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing talent management policies like promotion, job rotation, etc.
  • Maintaining high potential career development program processes, procedures, tools, and guidelines/framework
  • Conducting Assessment Centers for senior management level promotions
  • Coodinating and maintaining all assessment frameworks (such as goals, feedback, etc)

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • In-depth understanding of Performance & Talent Management Framework
  • Strong working knowledge of HR policies, processes & practices
  • High Impact Communication, Problem Solving Skills, Detail Orientation, Influencing Skills, Stakeholder Management, and Market Awareness
