About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity to support our mission as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).

The role involves active outbound calling and collaboration with our team to enhance customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential customers by making outbound calls to leads generated through our marketing efforts.
  • Understand user needs and explain how our services can benefit them and their families.
  • Educate customers about our healthcare solutions and address their questions.
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead conversion rates.
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives by developing presentations and materials.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance customer engagement strategies.
  • Conduct market research at scheduled intervals to gather insights.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Interest in sales and healthcare technology.
  • Experience in a similar role of about 3-5 years.
