
IT Sales Professional

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our client acquisition efforts and drive revenue growth. This is a full-time, performance-driven role that requires solid experience in IT sales, staffing, or client acquisition.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, pitching our remote developers, and ensuring successful placements. You will work closely with our delivery team for resume submissions and client coordination, as well as participate in daily sync-ups with the leadership team.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers in IT companies (India & USA).
- Pitch our remote developers for hiring (not projects).
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in IT staffing, B2B sales, or client acquisition.
- A strong network in IT companies (India and/or USA market).
- A clear understanding of remote developer hiring.
- The ability to independently drive end-to-end sales cycles.
