Senior Sales Manager - Financial Services

Job Description:

This is a highly challenging role that requires a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in driving business growth and developing high-performing teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, managing and motivating sales teams to deliver exceptional results, and creating a culture of compliance and excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Manage and motivate sales teams to deliver exceptional results, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, developers, and other industry partners.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including market research, competitor analysis, and innovative marketing strategies.
  • Ensure the implementation of promotional plans and contests, and suggest new and innovative promotion plans for the area of work.
  • Recruit and retain high-performing team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills, training, and resources to succeed.
  • Ensure highest levels of employee relationship motivation and engagement to drive results and high levels of employee satisfaction.
  • Effectively engage Operations and Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes and profitability across locations.
  • Manage collections of the acquired portfolio through effective sales and collect models.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, managing and motivating sales teams, and creating a culture of compliance and excellence.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insightful recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
