ERP System Support Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to provide top-notch support for our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Farvision and In4Velocity. They should have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Application Maintenance & Enhancement: Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot ERP applications, ensuring seamless operation across all modules.
- User Support: Provide comprehensive support to users across various departments, including Sales, Customer Care, Billing, Taxation, Engineering, Contracting & Procurement, Finance, and Administration.
- Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the ERP system.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate and distribute periodic reports based on statistical analysis of data from various timeframes.
- Team Leadership: Effectively supervise and mentor a team, providing solutions to resolve application issues by coordinating with multiple OEMs/Vendors teams.
- Client Onboarding: Register new clients under the ERP system, configuring and migrating client data as needed.
