ERP Performance Testing Specialist - Bengaluru/Hyderabad

This position involves managing performance testing activities for ERP applications.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Testing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in performance testing tools such as Loadrunner and Neoload, with hands-on experience in testing ERP applications.

The selected individual will be responsible for developing high-quality performance test engineering principles, test strategies, and best practices. They will also provide input and direction on continuous process and procedure improvements to mitigate risk and enhance performance engineering processes and standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop performance test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts for ERP applications
    • Analyze test results and identify potential performance issues
    • Communicate and help remediate performance issues observed during testing
    • Partner with development teams to understand application changes and potential performance concerns
    • Lead, mentor, and coach QA staff on testing best practices and efforts

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of Performance Engineering experience required
  • Hands-on experience with Performance Testing tool (i.e. Loadrunner, Neoload)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to interpret test results and identify potential performance issues
  • Architectural background focused on mid-tier services, client front ends, and databases
  • Proficient in understanding the testing activities and approaches in different development methodologies (Agile, Iterative and Waterfall)
