Job Overview

This role involves leading technology initiatives and driving operational excellence as a Senior Techno-Functional Specialist. You will combine strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of business processes to optimize, integrate, and scale our ERP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization:
    • Oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure seamless integration with our existing systems.
    • Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) and customize workflows to align with business needs and optimize efficiency.
  • Techno-Functional Leadership:
    • Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and ensuring successful project outcomes.
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation to deliver high-quality results.
  • Process Improvement & Automation:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
    • Implement best practices to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities, resulting in better decision-making.
  • System Integrations:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management) to ensure seamless data flow and optimal system performance.
    • Ensure data consistency across all integrated platforms to maintain accuracy and reliability.
  • Ownership & Mentorship:
    • Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices to support their professional growth.
  • Troubleshooting & Support:
    • Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users to ensure they have the necessary information to perform their duties.

This position requires experience in SAP B1 techno-functional roles and a proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing ERP solutions to drive business success.

Requirements
  • Educational Background: BTech/MTech, BCA/MCA from reputable institutions.
  • Experience: 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP B1 techno-functional roles.
