We are urgently looking for ERP IT Support- Real Estate Industry, Gurgaon location.

Experience- 3+yrs real estate ERP systems Farvision, In4Velocity

Location- Gurgaon

Working days- 6days WFO

Responsibilities:

  • Application Support & Maintenance: Collaborate with business associates and the ERP Vendors of Farvision, In4Velocity, etc. to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot ERP application, ensuring seamless operation across all modules.
  • Business User Support: Provide comprehensive support to users across various departments including Sales & Customer Care (CRM), Billing, Taxation, Engineering, Contracting & Procurement, Finance, and Administration. This includes resolving issues, providing training, and offering remote assistance.
  • Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the ERP system.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate and distribute periodic reports based on statistical analysis of data from various timeframes. Prepare specific reports as requested by management.
  • Team Management & Supervision: Effectively supervise and mentor a team, providing solutions to resolve application issues by coordinating with multiple OEMs/Vendors team.
  • Client Onboarding: Register new real estate clients under ERP system, configuring and migrating client data as needed. Provide comprehensive training and support to clients.
