As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for prospecting new leads, conducting outbound calls, and presenting logistics solutions to generate qualified opportunities.

You will accurately document all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in our CRM system and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted outreach campaigns to prospective logistics clients in English and Spanish.
  • Promote logistics solutions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Accurately track and document all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Proven experience in telesales, business development, or a related field (logistics industry experience an advantage).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and call tracking systems.
  • Flexibility to work US business hours.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or logistics beneficial.
