- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data warehousing, data analytics, or data services.
- Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optional but desirable - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Experience with SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
